Massage therapy has been an interest of mine since I was a teenage competitive cyclist.  Now, after years of care-giving, I have a better understanding of how touch can help others.  Although the dynamics of person to person contact can be complex, the body is fascinating.  As I continue to learn more of the structural components and neurological influences on movement, or lack thereof, I am amazed how massage can improve range of motion and mitigate pain.

My wife and I volunteer in the community each week assisting with literacy, health, stress management, and improving family relations, and sharing a hope for a better future.  I find it fulfilling to be with others through their learning, healing, and growth to meet their goals.  I resumed cycling as a hobby and enjoy time with my wife riding in the Pacific Northwest.
